We also hereby inform you that in terms of the details we request in the  registration form on the Portal regarding your entrepreneurial status, as well as the  Business to Business CAF will perform in relation, the processing of this information is excluded from the scope of application of the standards regarding data protection, by virtue of article 2.2 of the Regulation Implementing Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, passed by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December. Notwithstanding, with the possibility that this standard could apply, we wish to inform you that on accepting this privacy policy You are providing consent for your details to be used to process your registration as a User to gain access to the Portal.

Also, regarding personal details of other physical persons that may be provided when the form is filled out on the Portal (e.g. main investors) you state that you have received the appropriate consent for these persons so that we can compile and process their personal details in accordance with this Privacy Policy. To this regard, you undertake to inform them, before revealing their details, of the points contained herein.

To this regard, CAF informs you of the possibility to exercise rights to access, modification, cancellation and opposition, in the terms established in the applicable standards. To this regard, you can submit requests via the contact form available on the Portal indicating your name, surnames, contact telephone number and a copy of your National Identity Document of official document that confirms your identity.

Finally, CAF will treat all your details with the strictest confidentiality, respecting its duty to keep this information secret, according to the applicable standards. To this regard it will take the appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the safety of the data and to avoid alteration, loss, unauthorised access or treatment, taking account of the state of technology used, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed.
